Appointments
Appointments are available throughout the day, evenings, and weekends by office visits, phone, or online video sessions. My office spaces are designed to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. My clients prefer sessions in my office locations. I adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Payment Information
My fee is $425 per 50-minute contact hour (for non-Court involved counseling services), and $475 per hour for Court-involved therapy. For more specialized services such as Court-ordered reconnection therapy and legal-related matters, including mediation, child custody evaluations, brief focused assessments, emergency screenings, and strategic consultation in family law matters my fee is $500 per hour. I offer sliding-scale and pro bono services on a limited basis for clients who qualify. Fees for counseling also cover peripheral services such as phone calls, emails, text messages, collaboration with other professionals involved in your care (with your signed consent), and correspondence when indicated. All therapeutic services, including reconnection therapy, are based on a 50-minute clinical hour.
I accept cash, check, or credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of your session. I also work with clients who are covered by the Victim Compensation Program in Santa Clara County.

Billing/Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Some insurance companies provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. I can provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you wish. Please check with your insurance company directly for information about your coverage. Insurance companies often require a qualifying diagnosis. Therefore, some clients prefer to receive counseling services without the involvement of their insurance to maintain confidentiality and not receiving a diagnostic label.
